Jacquelyn is a strategic advisor with 15 years across HR, technology, cybersecurity, fraud, data, and AI.
Her career spans senior roles in Data and AI and people leadership, alongside deep experience in Human Resources. This gives her a rare ability to support clients with both HR advisory and advanced people-tech-performance integration.
Throughout her career, she noticed the same persistent issue:
Organizations were transforming rapidly, but the people strategy, organizational design, and leadership systems weren’t evolving alongside the technology. This mismatch slowed decisions, stalled execution, and leaves value on the table.
